In 2000, I shifted my focus to a successful wine career with industry giant, Southern Wine and Spirits. After 4 years, I moved to Premier Beverage where I had award winning on-sale, fine wine employment. Five years later, in 2009, I was awarded a promotional opportunity to a management position, developing the Spirits Division with Premier Beverage. I was promoted from Key Accounts to Account Development and finally, into a Craft Spirit Specialist. During the last 10 years of selling spirits with Premier Beverage, I have developed the intrinsic value and passion for the industry and the complexities that come from behind the bar, that has been trusted by many of my managers and location owners. In 2020, when our world changed, I found I needed to change to, and iHospitality was born!
